Tony Frazier

Tony grew up in Wake Forest, surrounded by the sounds and scents of construction, igniting his passion for architecture alongside his father. He began his career as a draftsman in 2000, quickly advancing to lead a design division for a prominent structural engineering firm by 2003. His expertise seamlessly blends engineering precision with artistic design, ensuring that every structure is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

In 2007, his entrepreneurial spirit led to the founding of Frazier Home Design. Under Tony's leadership, the firm has become a symbol of architectural excellence in Raleigh and throughout the US. For Tony, architecture is more than just design; it's about crafting homes that shelter dreams and memories. What sets him apart is his unique ability to hand-sketch live in front of homeowners, transforming their visions into reality right before their eyes. His unique approach and expertise have made him a true architectural visionary.

Rachel A. Kelln

Originally from Sarasota, Florida, was raised in a family deeply entrenched in the construction business. She naturally evolved into a leadership role in her career. Armed with a Bachelor Degree in Technology Project Management from the State College of Florida, she joined Frazier Home Design in 2021, seamlessly combining her construction expertise and business acumen. With a rich career history as a Client Engagement Manager, she has played a pivotal role in guiding clients through the intricate building process. Rachel excels at navigating clients through our processes and approaches each new project with enthusiasm and expertise.

Billy Small

Billy's passion for home design was sparked at age 10 when an art teacher introduced him to Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater house, which led him to sketching floor plans and designing houses in 3D on the computer after school as a teenager. After studying architecture at Carnegie Mellon University where he received his Bachelor of Architecture, he has amassed many years of diverse residential design experience from Modernist design/build homes to large-scale neighborhood design to custom homes of all kinds. Working with Frazier Home Design since 2018, Billy has refined his distinct design approach and is consistent in igniting the collaborative spirit at Frazier Home Design.

Caleb S. Hill

Caleb's introduction to architecture was through his grandfather, a talented designer and builder in Southern Virginia. His early sketches of floor plans during elementary school evolved into refined skills he picked up in high school. Caleb expanded and further sharpened his knowledge at East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Technology. His college internship at a structural engineering and design firm soon turned into a full-time role, allowing him to take the lead on numerous design projects. In 2020, Caleb joined Frazier Home Design as a Designer and Project Manager, bringing his love for historic and timeless architecture to every project he touches.

Jeremy Jones

With a solid education in architectural design, Jeremy, born and raised in Eastern North Carolina, has been with Frazier Home Design since 2012. Jeremy is a master of versatility, adept in both residential floor plans and exterior design. His adaptability and proficiency shine through in every project, reflecting his considerable experience and keen understanding of architectural nuances.

Clay Narron

Originally from Smithfield, NC, Clay's two-decade-long journey in residential design includes cutting his teeth at Raleigh based firm, Design Tech, Inc. Since 2015, Clay has been weaving his magic at Frazier Home Design, not just as a designer but also a project manager. On a personal note, Clay cherishes his role as a loving husband and proud father of four.  His true passion lies in designing comfortable homes, where growing families can create new memories and establish cherished traditions.

James Carpenter

Originating from western Maryland, James was always intrigued by the buildings around him. From childhood sketches to high school architecture courses, he remained consistent in following his passion. James pursued his B.F.A. in Interior Architecture & Design at the Academy of Art University. His experience encompasses both production home design and the managerial side of drafting. James has dedicated almost twenty years to Building Information Modeling (BIM) and has become an expert in the field. In 2021, James joined Frazier Home Design as a Designer & Project Manager. He believes that designing a home is collaboration between designer and client, and he thrives in these relationships.

Michael Loo

Johannesburg, South Africa, is where Michael's story began. After owning a local pub there, his adventurous spirit took him to NYC, then New Jersey, and finally to North Carolina. His architectural journey included stints at Gates Architectural Design and JDS, focusing primarily on residential spaces. Michael has been a cornerstone at Frazier Home Design since 2015, ensuring client visions become realities. His inspirations are as varied as his life experiences, from the architectural genius of Gaudi to the artistic charm of Georgia O'Keeffe.

James Saunders

Originally from the South West of England. James offers a global architectural touch, having worked across England, the USA, Thailand, and Dubai. His membership as an English Chartered Architectural Technologist adds a distinct flair to his designs and detailing. Joining Frazier Home Design in May 2022, he brought with him a rich tapestry of international experience and travel. His design preferences are deeply rooted in Traditional, Classical, and the English Arts & Crafts languages, with Sir Edwin Lutyens as a key influencer.

Rob Agnes

Growing up in Iowa, in a bustling household of eight, Rob quickly learned the art of collaboration. Before stepping into architecture, he dove into construction for two practical years, followed by a significant internship at a commercial architecture firm. Now, joining Frazier Home Design in 2021 and with a Bachelors of Architecture from Iowa State University, Rob brings his unique experiences to the table. At his heart, Rob is an eternal student, always eager to learn and improve.

Luke Militello

Luke, having spent his early years in Cary, NC, delved into architecture during his academic pursuit. With a major in Architectural Design from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Luke also honed his skills during internships at firms in Colorado where he worked on high end mountain homes. Mid-century modern design is his muse, a love affair that began with his family connections to Herman Miller. Luke's design palette also includes 3D artwork, which allows Frazier Home Design to offer multiple rendering and virtual reality packages to the client design experience.
