FAQs
-
We charge based on square footage — one set of footage numbers for the home design, and another if you have us do the interior millwork, mouldings, and lighting.
-
It varies around the country, but at this time, it's usually around $550 – $650 per square foot without the land included. While those numbers are subject to change, if you are in that ballpark, you should be able to get the details that are needed to pull off a high level of finish and design.
-
We would love the challenge! As long as the price per square foot is such to achieve the appropriate details and materials, we would love to design it.
-
We've recently made a shift in our approach to mud rooms — designing them to be more of an "owner's foyer" with a view when you enter. Most of the time, designers focus on the main foyer as an entrance, but we all know it's the least-used entrance in the home. Why not set it up to have a great feel and view? Not a bad way to come home from work!
-
We don't really have a specific location or person we dream of designing for, though those things can add a fun edge! We really just want to work with people that share our vision for creating spaces. Clients that understand that a well-designed space can improve the way that you live, those who agree that it's more about materials and details rather than footage.

We love interns! Send us your info and we'd love to set up a call to go over details with you.
